This year Spring Barrel is all about one grape we absolutely love… Carmenère.

We’ll kick things off with a barrel tasting of our 2023 Carmenère, giving you a taste of what is still resting and developing. Then we move into our award winning 2022 Carmenère, showing just how beautifully this wine comes into its own.

Next, we’ll pour two blends that show just how beautifully Carmenère plays with others. AURORAL leans into elegance and balance, while our newly bottled 2023 RED FUSION C3 blend brings a little more boldness and depth to the glass. Two completely different expressions, both rooted in the character of this remarkable grape.

And then… we finish strong.
THE PHOENIX. Our Carmenère finished in bourbon barrels. Rich. Deep. Smooth. A little unexpected. A lot unforgettable.

We’ll have food pairings and flatbreads along the way that play beautifully with the savory depth and subtle spice that make Carmenère so captivating.

During your visit, you are also invited to stroll through our estate Carmenère block at your leisure and experience firsthand where this wine begins. There is something special about tasting it in the glass and then standing among the vines that grew it.

This experience takes place in our Tasting Room and is available by advance reservation only.

Food pairings and signature flatbreads will be available for purchase to enjoy alongside the wines. We’ll also have white and Rosé wine offerings and beer available for those who prefer something different.
